We will never deliver a basket if we think it is in a location it can be stolen or damaged. If there is an error on our part, with no errors by purchaser on the address or recipient of basket, we will deliver a full refund. NOTE: 30 day refund doe NOT apply to clearance, closeout, or sale items.

This was supposed to be a surprise gift for a friend. My friend recently moved. UPS changed the shipping address without contacting me OR the recipient. I had to notify her about the delivery. Not knowing where they changed the address to, and knowing she didn’t receive it at her new address when it said it was delivered (a day after it said was originally going to be delivered with perishable items) I nearly filed a claim. Fortunately, the recipient still has access to her former address and realized it had been delivered there. She was very happy with the basket despite the mix up.
