Miss-Advertised and Mis-comunication

I was called because even though the website said that soup mixes were included it also said to pick them. So I was told I needed to pick/buy the soup so I gave the guy my CC number and he said he would just charge me for one at $10 because the site wasn't clear. Just to have the same guy call back and say he did not have my card WRITTEN DOWN correctly, which really bothered me that he wrote the card down to begin with and then charged me $12! I was okay to pay for the soups if the site was better designed and clear, but the whole ordering process was kind of a mess.

We apologize for the confusion. We were trying to give people an option to choose their soup mixes but that did not work out that way. As I mentioned in our conversation, we are now raising the price to include the soups to eliminate any future issues. I will be sending you a gift card in your email as an apology. We hope to get your business in the future.
