This compressed coconut coir grow medium is a versatile, peat free planting base designed to support healthy root development and balanced moisture retention. Use it on its own as a grow medium or mix it into existing soil to improve aeration, drainage, and hydration.

Suitable for indoor plants, seed starting, microgreens, herbs, vegetables, flowers, container gardens, raised beds, and hydroponic growing systems. The coir is raw and unamended so you can customize nutrients based on your plant’s needs.

Coir Puck 
Each puck is approximately 60 mm. Add about 1 cup of water per puck
Expands to approximately 5.5 quarts of growing medium per roll

Coir Brick Pack
Compressed bricks measuring approximately 20 × 10 × 5 cm. Add about 10 cups of water per brick
Expands to approximately 4.5 gallons of growing medium per pack
